Beta Mel was born with the objective of generating work and income in the sertão, in a region with a super low HDI (0.489) where only 5.6% of the population is employed, and therefore most depend on government benefits for (on) to live.

We want to change this scenario by generating work opportunities in the beekeeping activity and draining the region's production (greater difficulty encountered by local beekeepers).

One of our differentials is the quality of honey. Bees in the sertão do not come into contact with pesticides, because the region does not have large areas of monoculture.

Beta honey carries the purity of unexplored air and vegetation and a special flavor.
